Ever since, cases of new Coronavirus disease surfaced the world, there has been a plethora of Coronavirus symptoms recognized with the “newborn” disease. While, doctors are busy treating the COVID-19 positive patients, everyday new symptoms show up in new patients.

Coronavirus symptoms you should not miss

Earlier, when the pandemic first emerged, fever, cough, and shortness of breath were thought to be the most common signs of a COVID-19 infection. Later, the list of symptoms became longer with other discovered symptoms like chills with or without repeated shaking, muscle pain, headache, sore throat and loss of taste or smell.  The Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), USA has  recently added three new symptoms, that are congestion or runny nose, nausea and diarrhea in the list.

Incubation time to get Coronavirus symptoms

These symptoms however don’t occur altogether in every COVID-19 positive patient. In some, symptoms are manageable with support and care. Symptoms are severe and disease make take the serious turn  in elderly and people having underlying medical conditions like heart and lung disease or diabetes. People begin to experience different symptoms two to fourteen days, after coming in contact to the infected people.

Tips to manage Coronavirus Symptoms

The new Coronavirus disease is no different than the other viral diseases. It can also be defeated with increasing immunity in the body. Till date not a single medicine has proved to the most effective and full proof treatment of this disease. But nothing to worry, as human bodies are designed by God to ward off the invading pathogens with strong immune system. Modern lifestyle, food habits and polluted environment has depleted the immunity levels in us and we can replenish the levels by taking some immunity boosters and supplements and doing yoga and breathing exercises.
